App terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the download, installation and use of the mobile apps of ALIVIO Asset Management, S.L. (“ALIVIO”) for iOS and Android (the “App”), which give access to the technical building management Platform in the manager, owner and provider roles. They complement the Service terms and the Privacy policy, which also apply.

2. Licence

ALIVIO grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, solely to access the service. Copying, decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying or distributing the App is prohibited except to the extent permitted by law.

3. Account and requirements

Using the App requires a valid account and a compatible device with an internet connection. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the use made from your account.

4. Device permissions

For certain features, the App may request permissions that you can grant or revoke in the system settings. The App uses them only for the stated purposes:

Permission	Purpose
Camera and photos	Attach images to incidents, visits and reports.
Storage / files	Select and attach documents.
Location [if applicable]	Associate location with visits or incidents when the user enables it.
Notifications	Alerts about incidents, assignments and relevant activity.

Revoking a permission may limit the related feature but does not prevent general use of the App.

5. Download and installation

The App is not distributed through public stores (App Store or Google Play); it is provided directly by ALIVIO via a download link on the website or by email. Installing outside the official stores may require enabling installation from trusted sources on your device. You must obtain the App only through the channels provided by ALIVIO; ALIVIO is not responsible for copies obtained by other means.

6. Updates

ALIVIO may release updates to improve the App, fix errors or maintain security, delivered through the same channels (website or email). Some updates may be required to keep using the service.

7. Privacy

Data processing through the App is governed by the Privacy policy and, where ALIVIO acts on a Customer’s behalf, by the Data Processing Agreement.

8. Liability

The liability limitations in the Service terms apply. The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies.
